The integrated construction difference
HTS uses an organic solution to providing construction services and to minimise the use of subcontractors. We have the necessary people to provide building, electrical and hydraulic services without the need to outsource or get licensed contractors to inspect our works. This allows HTS to be more efficient in planning and delivery, ensure the quality of works is to the required standard and find savings in time and budget through good management. HTS will do it cheaper and faster through good management, not shortcuts.
By integrating the three departments, HTS is able to provide the following services to its clients:
Project management including all aspects of design, engineering and delivery, across all trades so there are no conflicts;
Excavation and installation of inground services using common trenching to minimise inefficiencies;
Inground installation of service distribution networks including electrical, communications, water, drainage and waste water;
Connection to existing services including both HV and LV networks, communications, water and waste;
Management, delivery and installation of prefabricated buildings;
Detailed earthworks including surface drainage, concrete pathways, edge protections, landscaping and reticulation;
Construction of buildings using timber, steel, block or brick; and
Installation, testing and commissioning of specialist support infrastructure including wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, HV kiosks and communications networks.
HTS provides clients with a more efficient integrated solution and single point of accountability which ensures projects are delivered with a consistent and reliable quality, schedules are maintained and budgets are controlled. HTS reduces the risk of project failure, disassociation, subcontractor failure or substandard performance. The people that are contracted to do the job are there to ensure it meets the agreed parameters.
