Cynthia started her career in finance in 2003 after completing her Advance Diploma of Accounting where her taxation lecturer offered her a role within her taxation office in Albany. She now manages finance and bookkeeping for HTS as well as the Safety rep for the head office.

Rob has spent the majority of his career working on complex projects that require extensive experience in high ropes and confined spaces. He has worked on domestic and international projects, both onshore and offshore.

Kian has successfully managed projects in Australia and Internationally. After leaving the Australian Army in 2008, Kian moved to the UK where he worked as a Section Engineer and Manager in the UK on large scale infrastructure projects including the 1600MW Staythorpe Power Station.

Blake is an experienced senior plumbing supervisor with remote infrastructure and commercial project experience. His current role involves the overall responsibility of delivering the plumbing works (but not limited too) for the project. Blake is required to provide reports on progress vs. budgets, manning levels and coordinate with other trades.

Dan started his career as an electrical technician for the Australian Navy. This experienced forged his dedication and work ethic along with humility and leadership. After 10 years with the Navy, he took the role of Electrical supervisor for a Perth based company that provided integrated construction services to the mining industry.
